So it’s Canada Day here, and that means all things red and white! And what better way than making a red sauce 😉
That wasn’t why I made this… but it is red! I love a good tomato sauce. And I love pasta. I’ve already posted a couple sauce recipes, but this time, I thought I’d make a simple roasted red tomato sauce. It really tastes so much better than the jarred stuff you find at the store. I mean, of course it would be, when you use the freshest ingredients with no additives or preservatives. And you control what you put in it.
